The AAI Graphite X Rail has increased rigidity with approximately 15-17% more graphite strands. It’s constructed of a hollow fiberglass epoxy core and a wood veneer securely laminated around the outside. This provides the feel of wood with the strength and resiliency of fiberglass. Designed for gymnasts of all ages, from beginner to elite, this rail meets FIG standards and provides the perfect balance of stability and feel – helping athletes push their limits.
The Graphite X Rail is round with an outside diameter of 1.575” (40mm), while the pivot points of the bar are 94 ½” (240 cm) center-to-center. The X Rail with collars weighs 14 lbs. and the X Rail with collars and pistons weighs 38 lbs.
